Job Description

We’re looking for an Operation Assistant to update and maintain information on our company database system.

The purpose of this role is to collect information from audited financial statements and enter it into our company database system for storage and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze audited financial statements
• Enter financial data into database system accurately and timely
• Verify and correct data entry errors by comparing with source documents
• Organize paperwork after entering data and prepare relevant reports as needed
• Perform and achieve the KPI as assigned
• Work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or degree in any field
