- Customer service:
- ERP Entry: customers, contacts and addresses
- ERP Entry: customer orders
- Send order acknowledgements, confirmations, delivery notes and invoices to customers
- Create quotations and orders in IFS
- Assist customers with order status and expediting
- Monitor shared inbox and phone line
- Data Entry:
- Entering inventory part, purchase part, sales part, and supplier for purchase part records
- Occasional travel to production sites
- Coordinating inventory movement between domestic sites
- You will work closely with sales, shipping, production, and procurement at all domestic sites
- Other duties as assigned.
