Data Entry

Key Responsibilities: Enter and process maintenance requests in the system. Create and update spare parts requests in the ERP/Oracle system. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work orders and spare parts consumption. Coordinate with maintenance and warehouse teams to ensure accurate data entry. Track and update maintenance request statuses. Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy for all maintenance-related transactions. Prepare basic reports related to maintenance activities and spare parts usage. Requirements: Diploma or higher qualification in Maintenance, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data entry, maintenance coordination, logistics support, or a similar role. Experience using ERP systems; Oracle experience is preferred.
