Job Overview
You will modernize our Data Platform architecture in AWS using advanced SQL, migrating legacy pipelines from Python transformations to a new SQL‑driven architecture. As a senior profile you will have the space to grow by deepening technical skills and influencing project decisions.
Responsibilities
You will accelerate the migration of legacy Data Lake pipelines into a modern AWS‑based architecture, refactor Python transformation logic into optimized SQL workloads, and implement Redshift views for business consumption.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering within cloud‑native environments.
- Strong expertise in advanced SQL including analytical functions, query tuning and performance optimization.
- Proven experience refactoring or migrating pipelines from Python‑based transformations to SQL‑driven workloads.
