Data Engineer & Architect

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer / Architect with the expertise required to design, build, and scale our healthcare data ecosystem from the ground up. We are not looking for someone who simply maintains infrastructure, but rather a technical leader capable of making critical architectural decisions that transform heterogeneous hospital and operational data into a platform ready for AI, advanced analytics, and product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Architecture & Strategy: Design the technical architecture of the data platform (SQL, NoSQL, Data Lakes, Vector Databases), selecting the optimal components for each use case while balancing cost, performance, and technical debt.
• End-to-End Data Pipelines: Build robust ingestion and transformation workflows (ETL/ELT) that integrate hybrid data sources, ranging from relational databases and APIs to medical IoT device data and real-time streams.
