Data-Driven Incentives & Performance Analyst

Salmon Group is seeking an Incentives & Performance Analyst to ensure fair and accurate performance-based compensation within the contact center. You will manage incentive calculations and analyze operational performance while supporting data-driven reward mechanisms aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in contact center operations, advanced analytical and Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
