Data Collection Officer (Basic + allowance) - renewable contract

Working days and hours : 5 days work week across Monday to Sunday (based on roster - example : 11am - 8pm OR 12pm - 9pm , including weekend)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist respondents in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods.
• Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone.
• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g., Excel).
• Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets.
• Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation.
• Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion.
• Review and correct (“clean”) survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities.
• Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions.
