Job Description
- Monitor and maintain critical data centre infrastructure, including power distribution systems (UPS, generators), HVAC systems, fire suppression systems and structured cabling systems.
- Managed DC/Building landlord ensuring preventive maintenance on data centre infrastructure and systems are performed promptly.
- Respond to alarms, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt resolution.
- Liaise with DC/Building landlord to coordinate maintenance schedules, address building infrastructure issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Support off-office hours activities, including responding to emergency alarms, performing on-call duties, and coordinating with vendors for emergency repairs.
- Ensure strict adherence to data centre physical security procedures.
- Follow documented incident response procedures, track incidents to closure, and communicate with stakeholders.
