Data Center Technician Trainee, Data Center Operations

AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We keep the cloud running by supporting all AWS data centers and every piece of equipment—from servers and storage to networking, power, and cooling. Our team includes software, hardware, network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and others. We collaborate across AWS to provide safety, security, and capacity at the lowest possible cost.

You will collaborate with experienced Amazon Data Technicians, following them during hardware and network troubleshooting. You will support our workforce by resolving tickets related to HW (Motherboard, RAM, CPU, GPU, etc.) and networking (Link Down, Optics Replacements, Switch Replacements).
