Data Center Operator

The DC (Data Center) Operator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a Data Center's infrastructure and systems. This involves monitoring hardware, software, and handles environmental conditions to maintain availability and security.

• Actively monitoring Data Center systems, including servers, network devices, storage systems.
• Monitoring and recording environmental conditions within the Data Center, such as temperature, humidity, and power usage. Ensure air-con is in healthy state.
• Ensuring compliance with physical security procedures, managing access control, and managing CCTV and security access.
• Eye‑ball checking of system faults and failures.
