Data Center Engineer/Technician, AWS (UAE National Only)

Amazon Data Services Emirates LLC – Dubai Branch is recruiting a Data Center Technician/Engineer for UAE nationals with a valid family book. The role supports AWS Data Center Operations (DCO) to maintain and troubleshoot data center infrastructure, including hardware, fiber, networking, and related systems.

• Perform DCO procedures such as break‑and‑fix repairs, host‑level decommissions (HLD), server rack decommissions (SRD), media removal, media destruction, and first responder duties.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues using SOPs and documentation, escalating when necessary.
• Operate across one or more DCO process paths, applying knowledge to determine appropriate tasks or procedures.
• Communicate clearly via tickets, SIMs, task tracking entries, and write‑ups.
• Participate in team meetings and present work to leaders.
