Description

The role will leverage analytics to level-up the corporate reputation of Globe through actionable insights provided to internal stakeholders that will influence the corporate communications strategy of the company.

Specifically, the role's objective is to provide inputs to the overall mainstream media strategy, enhance media reporting, and ensure insights are applied and integrated in the organization.

Key responsibilities include gathering and managing data from diverse media sources, ensuring quality of data through regular audits, creating comprehensive media reports on coverage, sentiment, and engagement metrics, using data visualization dashboards, monitoring of competitor communication activities, defining KPIs to measure the effectiveness of media campaigns, monitoring media coverage during crises, providing timely insights to support crisis management, and trend monitoring and analysis to identify changes as input to strategi...
