The Role
S&C are recruiting Data Analytics & AI Principal on behalf of our client. In this position you will take real ownership of their data environment.
This is a broad, hands-on role in a flat structure environment. You’ll be responsible for owning the end-to-end data lifecycle from getting data into the warehouse, through to building insights that influence decisions. A part of the role is working closely with senior stakeholders, creating POC for AI initiatives and supporting safe AI adoption.
Requirements
- Experience owning data end-to-end, experience in consulting or smaller data teams highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, specifically experience managing up
- Solid experience with data platforms (Databricks ideal)
- Hands-on capability with SQL and Python
- Experience with Power BI or similar tools
