Data Analyst/Steward

Overview

The Customer Master Data Analyst / Data Steward is responsible for the operational management, analysis and continuous improvement of customer master data used across commercial and operational systems. The role ensures customer data accuracy, completeness and compliance with governance and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer master data across CRM, ERP, and MDM platforms.
• Review and validate new customer account requests, updates, and hierarchies to ensure compliance with governance standards and business rules.
• Support ongoing maintenance of customer attributes including segmentation, addresses, identifiers, and account relationships.
• Analyze customer master data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential quality issues.
• Create dashboards and reports that track data quality metrics and operational KPIs.
