Job Description

• Conduct data profiling for customer, meter, billing, payments, and service order datasets
• Perform data cleansing and standardisation based on approved business and regulatory rules
• Support ETL activities and data mapping for CIS migration
• Prepare and validate data extracts, transformation logic, and reconciliation results
• Perform root cause analysis on data issues
• Maintain data dictionaries and documentation
