Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our Global IT team. In this role, you will interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and develop and implement data analyses and data collection systems. Your core mission will be to optimize statistical efficiency and quality. You will champion data‑driven decision‑making and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities. This position is created in the context of an IT transformation, including a move to agile practices.

Responsibilities

Technical Lead (40%): Participate in strategic planning discussions to align Data & Analytics initiatives with the organization’s business goals. Ensure alignment between technical and non‑technical aspects of the business. Bridge communication between business & IT Organization.
