Data Analyst, Client Data Services

Overview

The Client and Account Data Solutions Group (CADS) drives the overall data strategy and data management goals for RBC CM. The team ensures the organization is aware of our data intent, aligns solutions to that intent, and consistently delivers value to business teams. The Client & Account Enablement team implements and maintains reference data used in operational processes, matures data governance controls, and actively participates in business and regulatory initiatives that significantly impact data.

Data Quality & Issue Resolution

• Execute data quality checks against defined rules, thresholds, and business expectations.
• Investigate data breaks and exceptions, perform root‑cause analysis and document findings.
