Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling all IPC Customer and Dealer Management System activities, including coordination to dealer network and report creation.
• Maintains accuracy of customer demographics and sales data and prepares monthly and annual summary reports pf trends and deviation for sharing to concerned departments.
• Represents the team in ISO related audits and ensures compliance to documentation and guidelines.

Requirements

• Graduate of Business Management or related course.
• With at least 3 years of system data management and sales analytics; experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills.
• Results-driven and output-oriented.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
