Cybersecurity Transition and Operational Readiness Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Strong Cybersecurity Program / Transition Manager with experience managing enterprise-scale security implementations and operational handovers.
• Capable of managing the complete lifecycle of cybersecurity initiatives from PoC and pilot phases through production deployment, hypercare, and steady-state operations.
• Experienced in stakeholder coordination across Product, Security, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Vendors, Procurement, and PMO teams.
• Hands‑on exposure to service transition and operational readiness including SLAs/SLOs, runbooks, escalation models, monitoring, DR/BCP, support structures, and operational governance.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, governance, risk management, DevSecOps practices, vendor management, and organizational change management.
