CX UI/UX Designer: Design Digital Journeys

A major retail company is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to enhance customer experiences through effective design across digital platforms. You will support the Customer Experience team in creating user-friendly interfaces, manage UI/UX design changes, and conduct user testing to understand customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field and experience in UI/UX design, preferably in retail or FMCG marketing. This is a permanent position based in Cape Town.
