Key Responsibilities: Donor Communication: Call donors and supporters to explain ongoing campaigns and the impact of their contributions. Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with the organization's supporters. Query Resolution: Assist donors with technical and administrative questions regarding payments, donations, and 80G tax-exemption certificates. Engagement & Follow-up: Utilize WhatsApp and phone calls to follow up with interested supporters and keep them engaged.
