• Install and commission new machine and kit at end user facilities.


• Conduct machine operation and maintenance training to end user.


• Regular follow up with end user until machine and kit is bought‑off.


• Provide on‑site and off‑site technical support to end user.


• Carry out machine and kit buy‑off process as per end user requirement.


• Feedback machine and kit matter and end user input to JIRA for continuous improvement. (JIRA is a tracking, and project management system)


• Update machine and kit status to HQ through JIRA for progress tracking and KPI purposes.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma holder or 2‑4 years working experience in related industry.


• Good command of Mandarin, English and Malay written and spoken communication skills.
