We’re Hiring — Customer Success Manager At Sollu , we’re transforming how hospitals and clinics connect with their patients through AI-powered communication & engagement tools . We work with healthcare providers, helping them reduce no-shows, boost patient appointments, and deliver smarter care experiences — and we are growing fast! Experience: 2–6 yrs in Customer Success / Account Management (SaaS or HealthTech preferred) What you’ll do: Own relationships with hospitals & clinics — onboarding, training, adoption & renewals Help clients use our products to improve patient communication, patient engagement & ROI Drive usage, upsell new modules & identify growth opportunities Partner with Product & Tech teams to solve customer needs Be the trusted advisor for hospital administrators & CXOs You should have: Strong communication skills Bachelor's degree Strong client management & consultative skills Experience with enterprise or mid-market accounts Healthcare IT / SaaS / CPaaS background (...
