Customer Success Manager
In this role, you will maintain and grow monthly recurring revenue for RingCentral’s most valued customers, quarterback internal and external initiatives, build strong customer relationships as RingCentral’s trusted partner, ensure customer satisfaction by addressing technical demands and acting as a sales liaison, and partner cross‑functionally with support, professional services, and sales & marketing teams to drive account growth.
