Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely delivery
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (manufacturing/packaging preferred)
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
- Candidate must currently be in the UAE.
