Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns
- Maintain high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
- Document interactions and update customer records as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of customer service experience (BPO experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills with English proficiency
- Experience handling calls, chat, and email support
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite and on a night shift schedule
