Customer Service Executive
Qualification -

HSC / Graduate Freshers - Can also apply
Shifts -

Rotational shifts (Including Night Shifts)
5 days working with 2 rotational week offs
(Shifts Window- Between 4pm to 10am - Any 9 hours Shift)
Location - Kolkata
Immediate Joiners Preferred

CTC Offered-
Annual CTC- 2,65,500/-
Monthly CTC- 22,000/-

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through chat and voice (international clients).
- Deliver accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and escalating issues when required.
- Maintain high-quality service standards in all interactions.
- Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics

(Domain Knowledge - BPO Voice/Non-Voice/ Customer Service)
Communication - Very Good Communication
