Job Responsibilities:

  • Inbound calls for international customers
  • Resolve customer issues & problems
  • Retain professional relationships with customers and brands

Requirements:

  • Professional spoken English (spoken, written & read)
  • Work on rotational shift
  • Willingness to travel to KL City area
