About the job Customer Service Associate
Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle order processing, including quotes, POs, and SOs, while managing customer consignment programs.
- Ensure critical on-time delivery by coordinating logistics among customers, vendors, and internal engineers.
- Maintain inventory control and ensure data integrity across customer price books and operational filing systems.
- Serve as a primary contact to effectively resolve inquiries and cultivate strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Oracle or SAP system experience will be an added advantage
- Good communication and good interpersonal skills
- Required to be on Monthly Rotating Weekend & Public Holiday Standby
