Kingdom Trip is a growing leisure, travel and tourism company based in Karachi serving customers across Pakistan. We are looking for a motivated Customer Sales Representative to join our Karachi office on a 12-month contract with potential for long-term employment. This role will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions to promote travel packages, answer inquiries, and close sales while maintaining high service standards.

• Manage customer contacts: respond to inquiries via phone, chat and email, qualify leads, and follow up to convert prospects to bookings.
• Sales and targets: present travel products and promotions, achieve individual monthly sales targets, and accurately record sales activity in the CRM.
