Job Description:
- Manage and control all inventory movements, including products and consumables
- Conduct regular stock takes and ensure accurate stock records
- Investigate and resolve stock variances and discrepancies
- Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports and analysis
- Identify trends and provide insights on stock performance
- Support plant management with stock-related financial information
- Ensure accurate documentation and coordination with the creditors team
- Supervise stock take teams and maintain effective team performance
- 2+ years experience in client engagement/ customer services/ project administration/ coordination
- Knowledge of FICA, KYC, AML, and POPIA requirements â NON-NEGOTIABLE
- High attention to detail
