As a CX Analyst at Maya, you will leverage data-driven insights to shape product strategies that enhance user experience and drive business growth. You’re highly analytical and detail-oriented who will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making by analyzing product performance, gathering insights, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with business units, product managers, designers, and developers to define, track, and evaluate key performance metrics for Maya's products and services.
- Efficiently derive, clean and present data extractions to investigate, explore or evaluate existing Maya features.
