Responsible for providing outstanding service support for our customers within the Americas region.
What You Will Do
Process sales orders and transactions based on customer requests.
Review order status to ensure accuracy and drive proactive customer outreach.
Provide accurate quotes based on customer requirements in a timely manner.
Manage order revisions and expedites of orders.
Manage inbound calls, outbound calls and emails in a timely manner, and maintain records utilizing our CRM‑Salesforce.
Contract manage platform and cellular subscriptions.
Ensure continual improvement of quoting process by recommending improvements to processes and systems.
Communicate with other areas of the company regarding customer questions and concerns.
