- Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
- Language: Mandarin (Preferred)
What you'll be doing on the job
Job Scope
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, live chat, email
- Assist with customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints
- Update and maintain customer interaction in CRM systems and database
Requirements
- Experience in customer service would be an advantage
- Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
- Speak fluently in English
- East Malaysian (Sabah & Sarawak) highly encouraged to apply
