The Curriculum Specialist is responsible for overseeing the effective implementation of the school’s curriculum, supporting classroom teachers in instructional practices, conducting ongoing observations, and ensuring compliance with curriculum standards. This role serves as a key resource for staff development and classroom quality, helping to ensure a consistent, high-quality educational experience for all children. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Curriculum Implementation & Oversight· Ensure consistent implementation of the LEAP curriculum and COR Advantage assessment tools across all classrooms.· Maintain clarity and structure around classroom daily and weekly schedules.· Train teachers on the use of LEAP Interactive and LEAP Workbooks.· Support teachers with curriculum planning and lesson execution.
