Our CRM & Martech team sits at the center of our sales, service, and communication technology and we’re looking for a new developer to join the team. We’re after someone curious, pragmatic, and excited about solving problems within our domain.

What you do

You’ll be part of an agile, cross‑functional, international squad of 10 people distributed across Copenhagen, Helsinki and Oslo, responsible for developing and evolving our CRM and Martech capabilities. In practice that means you’ll:

• Build and improve solutions that support our internal sales, service, and communication domains
• Contribute to technical direction and solution design within the CRM space
• Balance speed, quality, and long‑term maintainability
