CRM Intern

Your mission

We are looking for a curious and driven CRM Intern to join our team. As a CRM Marketing & Operations Intern, you will support the execution of day-to-day CRM activities in a fast-paced B2C sports environment. Your focus will be on one-off campaigns, promotions, sponsorship activations, and ad-hoc communications, clearly distinct from automated lifecycle flows.

You will work closely with the CRM Specialist and under the supervision of the Head of CRM, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and aligned with commercial, brand, and partnership objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with the setup, QA, and execution of CRM campaigns across different channels, such as email, push, in-app, WhatsApp, and more
• Contribute to brainstorming and creating content for our monthly newsletters and community building efforts
