Credit Risk Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and customer segments that indicate varying levels of risk, enabling more personalized and faster credit decisions.
• Provide insights and reports on the company's overall risk exposure, helping management set lending policies and risk appetite thresholds.
• Continuously monitor the performance of the lending portfolio and work to automate credit decisioning processes, ensuring rapid and consistent evaluations.
• Build, test, and refine statistical and machine learning models that use non-traditional data (e.g., app usage, behavioral data) in addition to traditional credit history to predict a customer's probability of default.
