Crane Technician

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric plus a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience as a Crane Technician
• Electrician/Millwright qualification essential
• Valid Driver's Licence

DUTIES

• Understanding customer needs and requirements. And ensuring these are met
• Scoping of jobs and providing information on the requirements of jobs (i.e. Parts and Equipment needs)
• Handling customer complaints and queries onsite. Where required providing information and/or feedback to the customer on damaged Machinery/Equipment and/or Repairs
• Repairing and maintaining lifting Machinery and equipment
• Providing customers with information and/or training on Machinery/Equipment as required
