EF Education First (EF) engages independent course leaders on a project basis to provide student support and activity coordination services during international programs operated by EF.

As an independent Course Leader , you’ll travel abroad with a group of students during the school holidays and help create an amazing experience from start to finish. Trips run for 2–4 weeks , depending on destination and course — and you’ll be right in the middle of the action.

You’ll spend your days exploring, organising activities, supporting students, and working with an international team. One minute you’re on a beach, the next you’re leading your group to an activity, a disco night, or the next big excursion.
