Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor to serve as the primary day-to-day contact for our client. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-value cost management services on complex, mission-critical data center projects, ensuring that client objectives are consistently met.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be confident in a client-facing environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
