We are looking for a senior Cost Controller from the construction industry for one of our clients that has various projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. If you are ambitious, good at numbers, and have been in the construction industry for at least 7 years, then you are the one we are looking for.

• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans.
• Monitor project expenditures and track costs against approved budgets.
• Prepare cost forecasts and cash‑flow projections.
• Analyze variances between planned and actual costs.
