Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience, 5+ years in leadership role
• Strong experience with IT systems (Okta, Azure, Intune, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Background in IT security and compliance (SOC 2, PCI DSS)
• Knowledge of networking, systems, and endpoint management
• Experience in scripting, APIs, and automation

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC IT team and daily operations
• Manage corporate systems (identity, devices, apps, tools)
• Ensure IT security, compliance, and system reliability
• Handle escalations, incidents, and production support
• Drive IT improvements, projects, and cross-team coordination
