- This role assists with all aspects of the tax function for a growing publicly traded organization that is slowly growing internationally.
- Assist with coordination and review of federal and state income tax compliance, including collecting and providing data for 3rd party tax preparers.
- Assist with quarter-end and annual tax provision for audit firm review, including percentage depletion calculation and prep of tax account roll forwards.
- Prepare various transaction tax returns for monthly, quarterly, and annual filings.
- Coordinate with and support other personnel throughout all businesses to respond to inquiries and requests for information.
- Research, interpret, and follow state, local, and federal tax laws and regulations.
