In this pivotal role, you’ll take full ownership of front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. for Clients, visitors and stakeholders alike.

What will your typical week look like?

  • Provide courteous and efficient customer service to all Clients and stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with Clients and stakeholders including Partners, Advisers, and Corporate staff
  • Answer internal phone calls and will be part of the NZ Phone Pool answering external calls 
  • Manage all room bookings, catering orders and event support
