Duties and Responsibilities

• Continuous Improvement Programs
• Provides long-term and short-term strategies and looks for programs and opportunities for improvements related to cost and process efficiency.
• Evaluates effectiveness of projects and programs if beneficial to the company.
• Monitors program to ensure scope and schedule meet the requirements.
• Ensures effective and efficient management of resources.
• Collaborates analysis and results with Department Managers / Department Heads for implementation.

6S Implementation

• Oversees program implementation progress.
• Evaluates progress and attainment.

Performance Analysis and Reports

• Reviews assessment and reports to provide appropriate action plans.
• Ensures that all Corporate IE concerns are being attended and resolved.
