Overview Keyera is currently seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. The Corporate Development group focuses on M&A strategy, acquisition execution, and economic modeling for key business development initiatives. The successful candidate will support analysis and research activities to support existing and new corporate development initiatives.
Responsibilities
Interacting with various business units and senior management to support analysis and evaluation of strategic opportunities.
Developing and/or maintaining detailed financial models to evaluate investments, divestments, and acquisitions.
Assisting in the development of presentations summarizing analysis for decision makers.
Providing analytical support and coordinating activities with respect to conducting due diligence on various opportunities.
Supporting the assessment of potential new business opportunities to senior management.
