Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and agile best practices

• Communicate risks and updates to stakeholders
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
