Copyright Administrator

Red Brick Songs is an established music publishing company seeking a detail-oriented Copyright Administrator to join our copyright department. In this role, you will work closely alongside three experienced Copyright Managers to support the registration, tracking, and management of our catalogue.

You will play a key operational role in keeping our publishing operations running accurately and efficiently — handling large volumes of data with precision and care.

• Process incoming work registrations and data shipments from various sources
• Ingest and validate large volumes of metadata into our SQL database (Music Maestro)
• Research and populate missing or incomplete song and rights-holder metadata
• Prepare and submit CWR files to relevant PROs
• Monitor registration acknowledgements and resolve rejection errors
