Nesco Resource is looking for a Copper Winder located in New Milford, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.



Shift: Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM



Pay: $18-$19/Hour



Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Copper Winder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for winding copper wire and related materials onto coils, cores, or other components according to precise specifications. You will work closely with production supervisors and quality teams to ensure each unit meets performance and safety standards.



Responsibilities:

• Operate winding equipment to produce coils to exact dimensions and tolerances.


• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work orders to determine winding patterns and specifications.
